Our house is very centrally located but still quiet on the outskirts of Aschau.

We offer a large garden with playground, lying area and terrace with great views.

The ski areas Zillertal Arena and Hochzillertal can be reached by car in 5 minutes, all other ski areas and fun parks, climbing gym, swimming pools, adventure spa are also within easy reach.

The free ski bus stops when needed at certain times directly in front of the house. Hiking, bike path and trail are in the immediate vicinity. Families with children and their four-legged friends (dogs) are welcome.
