This house is decorated in the traditional Tyrolean style and has 2 floors and 7 rooms.

Roofed veranda, sunbathing area, children’s playground, table tennis, deckchairs, garden furniture and BBQ.

Children can play with the animals at our main Wachterhof farm - 500 m away, it can be reached by car in 5 minutes or via a wonderufl path.

Entrance on the 1st floor: Living room-kitchen area with electric oven, dishwasher, microwavecoffee machine, kettle and sitting are for 12 persons. Veranda and sunbathing area, living room area with leather sofa, satellite TV, DVD, CD-Radio. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each. Bathroom with shower/WC.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed. One bedroom with double bed and exit to garden. Bedroom with one bunk bed. Bathroom with shower/WC. Seperate WC. Heated room for shoes and clothing and extra ski cellar.

Smoking and pets not allowed. Bread delivery service. Ski bus.

Location:  Kaltenbach, 850m above sea level. Wonderful views, sunny location. The downhill run of the ski resort leads past this house. Parking included, accessible via a mountain road.
