We are a small, family-run house in Kaltenbach-Zillertal. We know that our guests are  ascinated by tyrolean hospitality - that's why we run everything ourselves!

Kaltenbach is situated in the heart of the Zillertal und offers one of its finest ski resorts. The ski resort Hochzillertal/Hochfügen boasts more than  155 kilometres of pistes and modern lifts. You can reach the bottom of the cable car in just 5 minutes.

The Zillertal's First Holiday Region is known and appreciated by both holidaymakers and athletes. Ideally situated, it offers you 1000km for walking and over 800km of bike trails.
