And you can enjoy everything the region has to offer by simply stepping out of our hotel door. Our hotel is located right beside the Isskogelbahn cable-car valley station and extensive hiking routes can be found on our doorstep.

Hiking along over 650km well signposted footpaths, leisurely walking, cycling and mountain bike tours, bathing in clear mountain lakes and active relaxation whilst fishing in sparkling lakes and rivers will provide harmony and deep satisfaction for body and soul.

 
In winter you’ll advantage from the fact that Hotel Alpina is located right next to the Isskogel cable car station, as well as being next to the ski school’s beginner slopes and large network of cross-country skiing routes.

Carving on 210km of perfectly prepared pistes, snowboarding in the “border town Gerlos”, tobogganing, ice-skating, snowshoe hiking or curling well into April is normal for us in Gerlos.

And so that you don’t get cold feet there are plenty of quaint Alpine huts to warm you up and in the evening the world-famous Gerlos Après-Ski fun!

To relax after being active all day, an excursion to our 2500m² Spa and Beauty Area is just what you need; be pampered and feel rejuvenated.
